Monthly Chapter Meetings

1st Sunday of each Month

The chapter meets on the first Sunday of each month unless otherwise noted. Chapter meetings are held at the Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance, located at 3420 W. Hospital Ave., Chamblee, GA 30341from 2 - 5 p.m.

All EGA members are welcome to attend, and a short program is usually presented. Non-members are welcome to attend up to 2 meetings before being asked to join. 

Additionally, the chapter has 7 "interest" groups that meet in different locations at different times. Infomation about each of these groups appears below.

Meets at 10 a.m. on the 4th Monday of each month at the First Baptist Church, 355 Pulaski St., Athens, GA . This group works on a new technique or project at each meeting.

Group meets from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the subdivision clubhouse nextdoor to 7541 Elliott Dr., Jonesboro, GA. There is no mailbox at this location. Enter from the left side of the building.

Roswell Stitch In

Hardanger Group

Stitching with a Twist

Group meets at 10 a.m. on the 1st Friday of each month at a member's home in East Cobb, Alpharetta, or Roswell areas.

The Hardanger group meets on the third Monday of each month at 10:00am at the First Baptist Church in Athens.
The church is located at 355 Pulaski St., Athens, GA 30601.  

The focus of the group is hardanger for beginners to advanced and all are welcome.
